Experience: $59 per guest
Includes: Discover Your Wine Style is an intimate guided experience for eight guests, designed to help you understand the wines you naturally enjoy and why.
Through tasting, conversation, and a simple wine-style assessment, you’ll explore how sensitivity, flavor, texture, and aroma shape personal preference. We’ll taste across several wine styles, compare reactions around the table, and even experiment with a few “what not to pair” combinations to see how food can dramatically change a wine.
No expertise is required. The evening is designed to be approachable, social, and useful — so you leave feeling more confident choosing wine for yourself.
After the guided experience, guests are welcome to stay aboard for flatbread and conversation. Additional wine by the glass and selected bottles to take home will be available for purchase separately.
A Gilded Car Wine Experience
An intimate guided wine experience for eight guests, designed to help you discover your personal wine style through tasting, conversation, and approachable wine education. Complete the Discover Your Wine Style assessment, compare your results, and explore wines selected to illustrate the different styles. And because not every pairing is a good idea, we’ll test a few “what not to pair” combinations and see what happens when food and wine clash.
Stay aboard a little longer.
After the guided experience, guests are welcome to linger over flatbread and conversation. Additional wine by the glass will be available for purchase, and I’ll be happy to help you select bottles to take home.
